Wrong size

Question

I originally bought a part from your website and the size of it was wrong but it was said to be the original size of the old version. I was hoping to find a door handle the same size as the one on the left side of this image. Thank you.

Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to hear your purchase did not work out for you. The 82-003 Sliding Door Handle Set should be a better replacement option for the handle set you have here.

I believe the distance between your installation holes should be 3-15/16", which is just slightly under 4".
