Wrong size

A quick learner says:
I ordered 39-381 and 382. It seems like the right thing except the shaft that goes to the window is too short. Is there one with a 7 1/2 or 8 inch shaft

Thank you for posting. Unfortunately, this is the longest link arm available for this style operator. Yours could be a discontinued operator.

There are a few things you can do to get the 39-381 to work for you window, though. First, see if you can move the sash bracket over to make up the difference in the arm length. Another thing you can do would be to take the arm off of your existing operator and install it onto the new operator using the 62-014 rivet. Finally, check to see if you installed the correct operator on the right hand or left hand window.
