In the attached photo, I included a part that I ordered which was obviously the wrong part. The top (much darker) part is the one i'm looking to replace. Can you help me find the correct replacement part?
Many thanks,
Martin P

Hello! Have you seen our 81-092 Trimview Sliding Door Roller? This looks more like what oyu need. Let me know what you think.

Tom,
My concern is the width, I want to make sure it will fit into the slot. The last part I ordered was way too thick. Also there is a screw hole in the top that secures it. I have a close up of the wheel which has the words: Killian Top Syracuse, NY
stamped into the side of the wheel (if that helps).

The width of our 81-092 is 11/16", and it has a top screw hole for the frame screw.

81-092 is the only compatible roller for your door. Make sure that the screw moves freely before installing and lift the door when adjusting. If too much force is applied, the slot in the screw will break. I know from experience.
Note that this is the only roller I know of that adjusts up by turning counter clockwise and down is clockwise.
