Wrong zigzag pattern on operator.

Hi I ordered 39-090. How can I do the exchange? It seems the product I saw online is wrong. Please advise

Thanks for posting. The top part in your picture is, indeed, the 39-090, which appears to be what you ordered. You received the right part, but it is not a match for your old operator, which I assume is the part on the bottom. As you mentioned, the 39-188 looks like a better match.

You can return the 39-090 for a refund and purchase the 39-188 at any time you wish.
