Hi there, my window sash balance  stamps are different.One is 2640cj BX and another one is 2660 BJ as show on the picture.andMetal length is 27". Top and bottom are winged. Bottom guild are broken.Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance looks like it could be a match for the S380-27, S385-27, or S378-27. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure an undamaged version.

Your balances should have the same stamp if they're used in the same window, however. Can you weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight? That will help us determine the proper stamp option for your replacements.
