Ykk-ap vinyl window from 2008

Question

The left coil balance is damaged. The window is 3x3". How do I exchange the part? There is no cutout.
on the picture I have it already unscrewed ( 2 screws).

If your window doesn't have a pre-made cutout, then you will need to make one. The video below describes how this can be done for this kind of window.
