I recently purchased RH Superior Window Crank 39-012. It turns out to be unsuited to my needs.
If possible I would like to return it in exchange for a proper crank for my application.
I am attaching two images of the crank I need to replace. I?m hoping you can help me find the right one.

I'm afraid we haven't been able to find a match for this operator. It looks like it's for a Jalousie window, though, not an awning window like our 39-012. Could you remove yours and show me a clear picture of the gear and link arms? In your photos, it appears the ruler is obscuring it, so I can't make it out. Removing it from the window first will make sure we can see it clearly.
Ah, I see. In that case you may want to consider our 39-346. This is similar in design, and comes with a few different sized links arms you can use as necessary. The inner hole spacing is 3-7/8" and the outer hole spacing is 4-3/4". See what you think.
