Your 95-015 tilt corner too big

Question

I ordered/received 95-233 corners and 95-015 tilt corners from Swisscom recently. The 95-233 corners fit fine but the 95-015 tilt corners were too thick. The thickness of the old tilt corner is approx 7/64", but the 95-233 corner (1/8" thickness) fits ok. The 95-015 tilt corner is 9/64" thick which does not fit. Do you have a tilt corner that is 1/8" thick. I suppose I can grind down if I have to

Thank you for contacting us, John. Your original corners look like they're from an old Binnings storm window, which isn't made anymore. The ones you bought should still work, but if the 95-015 is too big you could file it down a hair. I'm afraid that's the only solution we have. Keep in mind, however, if the part is altered we cannot accept it for a refund.
