Hey, Tom,
Thanks for the quick response. Two days ago I mailed a lower clutch from an 11-series, 1980's Crestline window so that you could determine the correct replacement parts. This should arrive at your facility in a few days. The box included the part and a copy of my original email including the contact reference number.
