a broken open/closer white metal for a basement replacement window

I am not sure you can help me with this one. the openers for my daughters windows are super!!! This one however I don't know, I cannot even tell you how my special needs daughter broke this one. The handle is white metal and I am using the little pin to open and close the window. If you think you have something please let me know? thank you
