Need I believe both balances & cam locks for upper sash for a acroline vinyl tilt windows. These may not be what you're looking for but it will get me started.

Hello,
We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window, along with the pivot shoe, to compare to our inventory. We'll also need to know the width and thickness of the shoe, as well as the length and diameter of the balance tube.
Unfortunately, we are just a supplier and do not cover installations but we do offer videos that you may find helpful. We'll relate some resources for you to help get you started. Thank you!
