acurate dowrin window part

hi.  i'm wondering what the name of this part is and if you carry them.  it is from an acurate dorwin window and located on the exterior of my fixed windows.  it fits into a hole and is hollow on the bottom.  i suspect it is to keep rainwater out.  my house was just power-washed and several of them went missing.
