Adams Rite patio door locking handle

I need a replacement door handle (inside pull and latch and outside pull) to fit an adams rite patio glass door. It has a 5-1/2" center to center mounting screw hole.

Adams Rite mostly made mortise locks and handle parts.
They are not a door manufacturer. Many companies use their parts.
