adjustable bracket- bottom mount

We have bought at least 2 pairs of 3/8" x 3 15/16" x 7/8" of the bottom brackets and they keep breaking. What is the problem?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what part it is you're referring to. Is this something you bought from us? If so, can you give me the product code of the part in question? Could you also show us a picture of the new hardware and old hardware side by side? That will help us determine what the problem might be.

I did not buy the product from you. I was hoping you could tell me why it keeps breaking and that you carried a much stronger type. Since you don't know what I'm referring to, I guess you can't help me. Thank you!

Ah, I see. We may have something, but I don't know what it is you have. I'd have to see it first before I can offer an alternative. An "adjustable bracket" could describe dozens of different parts in our catalog. If you still want, you can send us a picture of the part in question and we can do our best to find a replacement option.
