advice on part

hello I purchased your part 39-090 for a left side crank out and I thre the original part away . The picture above is the right crank window so need that part the opposite side. Part 39090 fit perfect and cranked out correctly but when I went to close window it wont come all the way in because the arm will not lay flat my question is will your part 39-188be the one I need for the left side?
