This looks like our 39-187. Is this what you purchased? I'm afraid we don't have a version with a longer arm. Would it be possible for you to adjust the location of the bracket on the sash to make up the difference?

If not, you'll have to swap the arms. You can do this by drilling the old and new arms off, then installing the old arm on the new operator with our 62-014 rivet. This can be installed by hammering it in place over a metal plate.
