Window has upper and lower section. Upper section is stationary and lower section opens and tilts inward. Window does not stay up and falls out when trying to tilt inward. I believe the spring and attachment on each side of the window is the problem. The 2nd attached photo is of the part that seems to be broken at the top. There is also a plastic part at the bottom of the spring that is not attached. Both sides of 3 windows are broken and one side of another is broken. I believe I will need a total of 7 parts. I will also need the tool to replace the broken parts.
Coding on the side of the window is:
SASH: 32.937x35.125
w mfsh 3860
manufacture month and date varies per window but the year is 1995

Thanks for posting. Looks like you have a broken spiral balance. You have the old plastic tubes, which are famous for breaking pretty easily. Our spiral balances have metal tubes, which shouldn't be a problem. Can you confirm the diameter of your tube? I believe it could be either 5/8" or 9/16", which would be our Series 600 balance. Can you confirm?

Yes, the tube is 5/8", which would be the Series 600.
