alenco SGD rollers

I am trying to find some sliding glass door rollers for Alenco model 1210 TT. I have some 6068s and 5068s of same model.

I'm afraid this information does not help us determine what you need. Are you able to show us some pictures of the parts in question? That will help us find what you need.

need two new SGD rollers for Alenco sliding glass door and new track for 6 ft. slider. Attached are pictures of current roller. I bought Home Depot rollers and they did not fit. The roller slider rivet for the two wheels did not fit in the frame and allover travel. Old roller has a rivet dimension of .75". The Home Depot replacement had a dimension of .81". The roller size is 1.25".

Our 81-056 patio glass door roller with 1-1/4" wheel seems close to your dimensions. Please compare and see what you think. As for a track repair, consider our 80-102 stainless steel cover to go over the damaged track.

Can you give him the length of the pivot rivet?
That's what is causing the issue.

Good idea! The length of the rivet is .782" (25/32").
