Thanks, need a replacement or work around please. It's a rental and need to secure this window. Tried w/ Loews off the shelf.

Perfect, thank you! That keeper is definitely our 90-273. It's compatible with a couple of different locks though. Stylistically, your lock looks like our 90-025, but look over our dimensions and let me know if they differ.
