Start by comparing your dimensions to our 26-243 and 26-244 latches to see if these match up to your original hardware.

As for the coil balance, can you remove your pivot shoe from the window and show us? If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.

For the sash lock, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center?
