alpine window channel

A home owner says:
Marking on the channel says 26 3 Caldwell EM. The window weighs about 25 lbs. If you need more pic just let me know. I have a few more in file that would not go thru. Are the channel sold as 1 piece or as a set for the price it says on your website? Which would you prefer? Thank you for your expertise and time in helping me out. Can't wait to hear from you so I can get some ordered for our windows. I have about 12 windows I need to get these channels in so I can use our windows again. Thank you again for your time. Have a wonderful day.

It looks like you need either the series 380 or Series 385 balances. The difference lies in the shoe. The series 385 balance has 15-004 shoe which is 1 3/32" deep from front to back. Series 380 has the 15-005 shoe which is 1" deep. If you measure your shoe you should be able to determine which one you need. Please let me know if you have other questions.
