alum. double hung balance

This is a balance from a aluminum double hung window in a town housing unit.
Windows are approx. 7 yrs old. There are 3 different heights/sizes according to the window size. According to the super the name might be Alslide of Akron Ohio. I checked their website nothing seemed to match.
