aluminum commercial door pivot set

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see the top pivot screw locations to identify the pivot set needed for your door. Basically, all the top pivots listed only use two bolts to install them at the top of the door. The issue comes from the top of the frame pivot and the bottom threshold pivot bolt locations. I see a tag at the bottom of your door. Does that tag state the manufacturer of the door?
