With only looking at your bottom pivot, my best guess is the 79-132 commercial door pivot used on YKK doors. Take a look at it on the web site along with the related videos on commercial doors to see if the 79-132 is the one to fit your door. Compare the top pivots along with your bottom pivot with it. Let us know how they compare!
