aluminum single hung window balancer

Question

I believe I need the 29 inch 351 channel balance. The only number stamped on it is 28 4 and it is 28 5/8" long. The bottom shoe is 1" and the top attachment is 1 1/4". This is what some have call a contractor grade window and there is no name on any of my windows. Thank you for your help. Barbara

Hi, Barbara.

This looks like either our S351-29 that comes with the 1" deep 15-002 shoe, or S390-29 that comes with the 15-001 1-1/8" deep shoe. If your bottom shoe is 1" deep, see our S351-29 with the 2840 spring strength option.
