It appears that you are in need of a new hinge assembly that is separate from the crank operator. We do not have an exact match, but recommend reviewing the 36-004-10 2-bar hinge that has a 10" sill track. Please compare the dimensions to see how they compare. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges would need to be replaced at the same time.
