andersen awning operator handle

My original Andersen awning window handle part number appears to be 60-C-7041-62. I found a replacement on one of our downstair windows with the part number 60-C-701-62. I measure the shank at about 11/13" and the inside hole at about 3/8". The end of the handle is about 1 3/8" from the base of the shank. The screw hole is set back about 1/16" from the base of the shank. The handle is at about a 25 degree angle. The Andersen parts catalog handles do not have the screw hole close enough to the base of the shank. Is the 39-286 the best solution you would have as a replacement?
