andersen balances

We need 2x replacement Andersen box balances (One left, one right)
Numbers on these are:
11600-A-3
11600-17
11L
118 0895

We just purchased 2x balances directly from andersen (Part 1626074 and 1626076)and the parts didn't work. The cords were actually a tiny bit too short. So when we went to close the window, it would close all the way and left a tiny gap.

Thanks for posting. Based on your stamp of "11L," I think you might have our 24-11L. The opposite side would be the 24-11R.
