I have a window with sash meas approx 40" w x 28" h. I have removed the sash ballance and dont see any relavent numbers on it. Can you recom. the proper box ballance. the only numbers readable on the box
are 11600-17 , 1027-2 3 1189

Hello there. I am thinking you can use the 24-1033, which can replace old Andersen balances with the stamp '1027', but I'd like to see photos of the old stamps jus to be safe.

Thanks for this. Based on that stamp, I think the 24-1033 should work as a replacement. Let me know if you have further questions.
