Hi,
When my Andersen windows were installed the plastic crank covers were never screwed down. They appear to be for your stock # 39-147 cranks. I have not been able to locate the screws ( the windows were installed ~20 years ago!) It is time to screw them down,(20 years of nagging is all I can stand!) and I need a bunch (~96)of screws. The covers are "stone" colored.

The screw that goes through the cover also goes through the operator and down into the sill. Andersen suggest a 1-3/8" x #8 size screw. You should be able to pick them up at your local hardware store, they will most likely not have the stone color but they may have something similar.
