Thanks for posting! There is a good chance we can provide you with a replacement for your Andersen window cranks but I'll need to see a photo to identify the correct replacement. 

I'll need to see the details of the crank such as the base of the operator, as well as the arm(s) and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging sash.
