andersen replacement

Question

Im changing from the track model(0333808) to your 39-390 with the rod. How does the rod attach? Are there special brackets needed. Im swapping out quit a few so I want to make sure I have every thing I need in one order.

Thanks for contacting us. There are no special brackets needed, the 39-390 should come with everything needed to install. Just take note that when using the 39-390 to replace the old style operator, the positioning of the holes may be different. You need to make sure you have the proper backset when you mount it to the sill. I also recommend our 39-286 handle, I don't think the old one will work.
