Hi,I have a Anderson window balance which one do I order? Number 11600-17 is on mine thankyou Justyn

That number is not the one used for identification, unfortunately. These can be tricky since the correct number could be just about any one of them, depending on the make. The easiest way to determine this is to just take a clear photo of each number printed on the box and upload them here for me to see. I am confident that I can pick out the right replacement for you with that data. I'll know it when I see it.

on one of the Anderson balance the number I see is B-1 4#19 486. the other one 827 BK13 7 89. they both also have the 11600-17. I tried taking pics but it doesn't come out well sorry

Thanks, this information is a huge help. I believe that the key numbers here for each balance are "4#19" and "827." If this guess is right, then you want our 24-431 and 24-837, respectively.
