I have a Andersen sash balance that has broken rope. The numbers I have on the sash box are
02, 13#31, 8 and also 11600-17
Can you help me identify what part number I need to purchase?

Hey there. Without seeing photos of the stamps I can't be absolutely certain, but most likely this is the 24-1331. This will replace old Andersen balances with the 13#31, or 1331 stamp.
