i have a window from the early to mid 1990's
the numbers i found on it are 85 1 x1 6

i need the part number for the sash balancer

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we have replacement balances that we can supply you with but I'll need to bit more information to be able to confirm. If you have not already, you may need to remove the balances from the window.

I'll need to know the stamps from the balance to identify the accurate replacement.

BL 1 4 10# 31 6-85

Thanks for confirming. It looks like you'll need the 24-1033 since your balance is stamped with a 10# 31.

This is made for balances stamped with a 1027, 1031, and 1033. They can be used for both the left and right side of the window.
