andersen sash balances

We bought Andersen Sash Balances 24-531. The technician went to install them for the customer and they are not strong enough to hold up the sash. Is there a balance with a stronger lift ability along the lines of this product?

Based on the 12#27 stamp on your original assembly, you would need the 24-1231 Andersen sash balance for your repair. Thanks for posting!
