andersen window balance

Thanks for posting. I think this is probably our 24-1033, which is meant to replace Andersen balances with the stamp code '1033'. The '5423' stamp has me a bit concerned though, as this might indicate a different type of replacement balance. Could you send me a picture of the entire string of numbers on the balance? Often how the numbers are stamped on the balance are as important as the numbers themselves, and I want to make sure we recommend you the right replacement. Many thanks.
