andersen window balance

A quick learner from chapel hill, NC says:
Hi:
I have a failed window balance that need replacing.
Length = 6 3/4 "
Width = 3"
3/4 " Deep

Looks like markings say 6/84 manufacture date,
stamp on bottom plate (where cords exit) says P69 12L 6 84
this is the balance on left side of window ( from interior view)

note : the other balance has not failed but that shows a stamp of P69 12R 8 84

can you recommend replacement balance for both ?
thanks,
Gary H from North Carolina

I believe you have a cottage window, where the top and bottom sashes have different heights. To confirm, could you give us the width and height of the visible glass for both the top and bottom sash? Thanks!
A quick learner from chapel hill, NC says:
Hi Paul:

The visible glass measurements for top and bottom are identical.

Both panes measure 32 3/8 Wide and 33 7/8 High.

Great, thank you. I recommend our 24-13L and 25-13R, I believe this should work for your window.
