andersen window balance tensioner

Question

My double hung windows are 38 years old and I have to replace the tensioner because the cords broke. There is no 3 didget number on the tensioner. There are only 2 sets of numbers:
11600-17 and T5 1231 1 88
What is the product number for a replacement?
