andersen window balancer

Both cords on the window balancer on my Andersen window broke. They are simple double hung windows. It is hard to get an exact measurement. The best I can do is that the window is 31 ¾" x 26 ½". The glass is 23 ¾" x 28 3/8". I am attaching a photo

I was able to pull the trim off and the only numbers I can see are

11600-17 and

R18 927 6-88

Do you think a 24-837 will work?

I'm glad you decided to remove the balance and check the stamp because your 927 stamp would actually be supported by our 24-939 box balance. Thank you!

I need both left and right. Are there separate numbers or do I just order two?

Most of our Andersen sash balances, including the 24-939, are not handed so you will use the same one for both sides.
