andersen window broken and missing missing parts

1. Window crankbox is completely cracked and handle is missing
2 . screen is completely missing. I know Anderson has a clip that is "integrated" in their screen, but is there an alternate clip that I could use that would work in this slot (with a generic screen)?

Looks like you need an all new operator. Not only is the cover cracked, but the worm gear appears to be missing. I recommend looking at our entire selection of Andersen operators here. There's a good chance one of these will match yours.

I'm afraid we don't have anything like that clip. I don't think any generic hardware will work; Andersen windows tend to use very specific hardware, and in my experience off-brand parts rarely work.

do you sell the anderson screens?

If not I may just get a generic screen and tack it in with some finishing nails lol.

OK so we took the anderson frame apart.

Thanks luckily the part number is stamped on the part, I've determined it's Product Code: 39-146 (right side).

Do you know if that comes with a new Product Code: 39-286 (crank handle) or do I need to order that too?

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm glad you found what you needed. I'm afraid the 39-146 and 39-286 are sold separately, though you can probably re-use your original handle if you still have it.

I'm afraid we do not sell screens for Andersen windows.

Ok is the Andersen Operator Cover
39-154

included when you order the
Andersen Window Crank, 4-1/2"
39-146

or will I need to order a new cover (39-154) as well (it's cracked).

Yes, the 39-146 comes with a cover already. If you're getting the operator, there's no need to purchase the 39-154 cover.
