I have a sash balance marked 11600R-2 and BK14-837 697 for an andersen 30310 narrowline window. I need the companion piece to make a pair. Please advise.

Thanks for your post. Based on the stamping you gave us, point us to the 24-837 Andersen sash balance, but we are not 100%. Could we have you forward us a couple of photos of the balance with the 2 stampings displayed so we can take a closer look? We want to confirm this is the correct replacement for you.
