andersen window sash balance

Question

I have old andersen double-hung windows (installed before 1980s). I need to replace a broken sash balance on the right side of a window, see the pictures. Do you know which one I should order? Thanks

Hello there, Lupei. Since your old operator is stamped with "7#27," you can use our 24-737 as a substitute.
