Thanks for reaching out! I am not sure that we have an exact match for the escutcheon you are searching for, however, our 38-208 may be worth looking at as a replacement. This is the Truth Encore handle and escutcheon. Look over the the dimensions and compare them to your existing hardware to determine if this might be the right fit.
