anderson balance

Question

On the balance the only marking are S19-1027-6-88 on one side. Also 11600-17 on staple end of balance.
on up side are 336-5455. I beleive a patent number. A U.S. patent Number .11600-3.

Would have sent pictures but number were hardly seen.

measures 6 3/4 by 3 inches 3 inch wide.
