Thanks for posting! I'm having a bit of trouble identifying what balance you need based on that information. If at all possible, can you please take a picture of the second stamp--N06419987--for me to look at? Perhaps seeing how the numbers are stamped will help me figure out what you need.

Thanks for the picture! That makes everything much clearer. I recommend that you take a look at our 24-431 Andersen sash balance, which can be used to replace balance boxes with the stamp "419."
