I found the code 9#34 on the balance what replacement am i looking to buy?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. However, the given code doesn't match up with any of our Andersen sash balances. Can you remove the balance and show us all the numbers stamped on it?

the numbers i can see are 11600 - 17 and E69 9#34 9 83

Thank you for the photos! They're a huge help. The numbers look more like E69 9#31 9 83. With that in mind, we recommend the 24-939. This balance is designed to replace those with the 9#31 stamp.
