Thanks for writing in! I'm fairly confident we can recommend a replacement for the operator but I'll need to see a photo of its base to confirm with certainty. There are a few different operators that have this same link arm but a completely different base design.

Regarding the hinges, I'm afraid we cannot provide you with a repair method or a replacement for them. Due to the age of the window, we do not have a suitable alternative that could work in their place. Our sincerest apologies that we cannot be of more help with this part of the repair.
