I believe the key stamp is "827." Can you confirm that it is displayed differently? Perhaps it is larger, or more prominent. If so, I recommend our 24-837 Andersen sash balance.

There are 5 windows with broken balances. I dismantled one window to get the part number of the balance and you pointed me to the 24-837. Do I need to dismantle each window to get each part number if the windows are not all the same size? Thanks for your help.

Yes, I'm afraid the only way to know for sure what balance you need is to tell us what numbers are stamped on each balance.
