anderson sash balance replacement

Question

I have an Anderson window sash balance with the numbers BJ8 5#27 9 86 as the part number with visible glass of 16 1/2 by 45 1/4. It is a double hung unit. Looking for the replacement balance number.

Hello! I recommend our 24-531. This can replace all Andersen balances stamped with "5#27."
